What is tap2link about?

In short, tap2link is a digital solution providing, fully customised online profiles containing contact information, SM links etc., as well as sustainable, multiuse, NFC-powered business cards.

What size should my profile picture and background be?

Both your profile picture and background should be crop to a square with the size ot exceeding 5 MB.

Does another person need an app to see my t2l profile?

No! And that’s the beauty of tap2link! All they need is a phone that can read NFC. It’s enough to just tap your card for the profile to pop up. In other case - you can also just share your profile’s custom url.

Do I have to pay for tap2link?

tap2link offers subscription plans but you can first try it out with a 3 day trial, completely free of charge.

Can I also open a tap2link profile without a tap2link card?

Yes, you can always create a free account without having a card. Simply share your t2l profile with via link or use it in your social media bio. As for the card - you can always buy it later.

Is it possible to get custom/individual card designs?

Yes! It’s possible to get a custom designed cards for larger orders. Just send us an email: support@t2l.ink.

Who can see my tap2link profile?

It all depends on your preferences. You can either set your profile as private and choose who you share it with, or make it public and share the url with the world (for example for SM purposes). You can always change your profile status in settings, both in the app and just by logging to your profile on t2l.ink.

Why can’t I connect my tap2link card to my digital profile?

If you have problems connecting your card, please first make sure that you have only one tap2link tab open in your browser. If you’re using tap2link on two or more tabs in your browser, this process will not work. If the connection still does not work, please contact us at support@t2l.ink and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

I lost my profile information, how can I get my profile back?

You can simply request a password reset using the forgotten password function. If you forgot which email you used for registration, please contact us at support@t2l.ink.

How long will I be waiting for my order?

Shipping time within Europe is typically 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Please contact us if you haven't received your order: support@t2l.ink.

My order did not arrive. What do I do?

After placing your order, it may take 7-10 working days for the order to arrive.If you have not received your tap2link card after 10 days, please contact us at support@t2l.ink.

Can I return my order?

You can return your t2l card within the first 30 days of the purchase. Ship it to:

Please note that your order is subject to a 5 € restocking fee once the card has been activated. We’re sorry, this is due to a manual resetting process. The difference will be refunded to you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@t2l.ink. If your order has already been shipped, you can return your card within the first 30 days.
